RESOURCES

Mobile phones are now playing a key role as a device of consuming media and producing multimedia content. Communicating, integrating & publishing content directly with the social media audience is a current trend of journalism. No doubt that a media outlet that will use new technologies they will be more benefited in terms of capturing & distributing news content. So I think today every backpack journalist should carry mojo kit at their disposal.
For many professional journalists mobile journalism is still a new and emerging field. All around the globe we have very few experts & trainers like Glen Mulcahy, Marc Settle, Ivo Burum, Stephen Quinn, or Nick Garnett. Finding a quality trainer & resources in this field can be difficult. Unfortunately, ‘mojo’ is still an unknown word among professional journalists in many parts of world. So far there have been two books published fully relating to mojo. Although, if you look around the internet there are enough online resources that can help journalists to make the most of the mojo technology that many reporters are already carrying with them. Some of these online resources introduce you with latest mojo apps and kits and others will give you valuable tips and tutorials on mojo. So here I’ve curated a list of the most resourceful mojo web links available on online to help anyone to become a mobile journalist and discover new opportunities of technology. And off course don’t forget to check regularly hashtag #mojo on Twitter. Every time you will definitely find new interesting tweets featuring on mojo apps, kits, tips or an excellent piece of mojo work. I will keep updating this list, so do bookmark it & invite you to come back again.
